A brigade under the Southern Theater Command of China organized a cooking contest under field conditions on the Tibetan Plateau at an altitude of 4,500 meters, and actively explored the “hot food supply guarantee mode of the cooking unit in the plateau area”, according to a recent CCTV military report.
