The launch vehicle used by the North Korean “long-range cruise missile” test-fired on Sept. 11 and 12 was found to be exactly the same one used for the long-range rockets at last year’s military parade.
By zooming in on the cruise missile launch pictures posted in the KCNA report on the 13th, you can see that the launch vehicle still has a sticker mark from last year’s North Korean military parade.
This suggests that the so-called 5-unit long-range rockets at the parade may be a complete strategic deception by North Korea.
That is, North Korea was already developing cruise missiles at the time, but as this weapon is much more sensitive, it was covered up in the name of “long-range rockets”, according to Chinese military analyst longlivepla’s analysis on Weibo.
