As the Sino-Indian border conflict continues, the Chinese army has recently launched a live-fire exercise with remote-controlled machine guns and a new type of protective assault vehicle has been unveiled, just as India was reported to have ordered a light remote weapon system from Israel.
China’s CCTV Military Channel released a video on December 14 stating that a light composite brigade of the 72nd Army of the Chinese Army launched a live-fire tactical exercise.
The protagonist of this operation is a new type of protective assault vehicle, which accurately suppresses the enemy’s firepower through remote-controlled machine guns; such vehicle carries infantry quickly through the enemy’s front, straight into the depth control; after getting off the vehicle, the infantry uses individual rockets, cloud explosive bombs, heavy machine guns and other types of firearms to attack.
