The U.S. GPS military codes are a trap for India: expert

“If the United States opens up the GPS military codes to India, it can greatly improve the strike accuracy of the Indian military’s weapons and equipment,” says Chinese military expert Du Wenlong in a TV interview.

“However, India would from now on suffer from “GPS dependence” and highly rely on US data support. If India imports weapons from other countries later, they would be difficult to be compatible; and the military relations between India and Russia and other countries would also change.”
