At the recent 20th China International Maritime Conference and Exhibition, China first unveiled its SG-60 carrier-based fixed-wing reconnaissance UAV, which is small in size, adopts flat wings (with small tips) + double tail brace aerodynamic layout, and will be launched by ejection.
SG-60 carrier-based fixed-wing reconnaissance drone has a variety of functions and can perform long-term information acquisition on air and sea targets. This is quite part of the function of an early-warning aircraft. And all the information obtained by the drone can provide target fire control data for combat systems and weapon systems; besides, its external electronic interference loads can be used to perform electromagnetic warfare missions.
SG-60 shipborne fixed-wing reconnaissance drone is equipped with a photoelectric turret under its nose, which contains a built-in multi-spectral imaging device that can work around the clock, day and night.
